Atlas Staffing is hiring a Saw Operator for a manufacturing operation in the Post Falls area. If you have 1+ years of saw operating experience, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary
Set up and operate power saws to trim metallic and non-metallic materials. Install blades on machinery using hand tools and preform quality checks on finished material using measuring devices.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate saw equipment, including blade selection and changeover using hand tools

Set stops/guides and run production cuts to required lengths

Read and follow blueprints, job travelers, and cut/form requirements

Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers

Monitor equipment during operation and flag quality or process issues quickly

Perform basic adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistent part quality

Keep work area organized and follow shop safety practices around moving equipment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year experience operating saws in a manufacturing environment

Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers and tape measure)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stay on your feet throughout the shift
Pay

$23.00–26.00/hr, depending on experience
