Sales & Business Development Agent (Hunter Role)
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Position Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00/hr

We are hiring a Logistics Sales & Business Development Agent to join a fast-growing freight and logistics operation in the Spokane Valley. This role is built for hunter sales professionals who thrive on outbound cold calling, opening doors, and generating new business from scratch.
This is a front-line business development role where activity drives results and performance directly impacts commission potential.
What You’ll Own
You will sit at the front end of revenue generation, owning outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. Your success will be measured by calls made, conversations started, and new opportunities created.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls, emails, and networking outreach
- Identify decision-makers and break through gatekeepers
- Run structured daily call blocks focused on new business generation
- Qualify prospects by uncovering shipping needs, lanes, volumes, timelines, and pain points
- Generate and advance new sales opportunities through disciplined follow-up
- Assist with RFQs and RFPs by gathering customer requirements and supporting quote preparation
- Track all calls, outreach, and deal activity in the Sales Management System (CRM)
- Research prospects and gather market intelligence to sharpen outreach strategy
- Maintain a professional social media presence aligned with sales efforts
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing on digital and print campaigns

- 1–2 years of cold calling, sales, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
- Transportation or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
