Atlas Staffing is hiring a Front Office Coordinator for a professional office environment in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and it keeps the front desk, office flow, and day-to-day administrative tasks running smoothly.
Role Purpose
Manage the reception area and front office administrative tasks while delivering a welcoming, professional experience for visitors, clients, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, confirm who they are here to see, and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, take accurate messages when needed
  • Keep the reception area, common areas, and kitchen organized, and follow daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules
  • Track office supply levels, place orders, and receive deliveries
  • Process and distribute incoming policy documents, and track required policy items
  • Answer basic policy owner and policy benefit questions using provided resources and escalation steps
  • Plan and coordinate office events end-to-end (holiday outing, appreciation lunch, potlucks, BBQs)
  • Sort and route incoming mail and packages (UPS/FedEx), and prepare outgoing shipments and mail drops
  • Provide administrative support to internal staff and financial representatives (scheduling support, document prep, light project support)
  • Cross-train to provide front office coverage for check entry and facility operations during planned/unplanned absences

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology (phones, printers, scanners)
  • Previous professional office administration or reception experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable with documentation and tracking
  • Clear, friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presence, team-oriented, and comfortable working with clients and visitors
  • Confident problem-solver who can prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy front office
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay
$18.00 – $18.00/hour

Available Shifts

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00am–5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
