Title: Salesforce Admin
Shift: PART TIME – 20HRS per week (hours are flexible and may vary based on workload)
Duration: TEMP – 2 months
Wage: $30 – $35 DOE
Atlas Staffing is searching for a TEMPORARY Salesforce Admin for one of our reputable clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a PART TIME temporary position that will last 2 months.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management/merging and field layout and display.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare ad-hoc reports.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Assist in data imports, exports, and cleansing activities.
- Monitor and maintain system integrations with other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
Qualifications Required:
- At lease 1yr of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Education: Associate Degree
- Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
