Pay: $21-$26/hour DOE
Education/Experience Requirements
-
High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of office/administrative work experience. Preferably someone with office/admin experience gained in an HR department, but it could be admin/office experience in any professional setting.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required

Very strong administrative skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Strong customer relations skills.

Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Essential Functions
-
Supports multiple Recruiters with the administrative aspects of sourcing, interviewing, screening, and hiring candidates.

Tracks and updates job requisitions and candidate activity through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Coordinates interview scheduling and travel itineraries for candidates as needed.

Coordinates job fair and conference registrations and attendance.

Monitors activity, and creates reports regarding candidate hiring progress, onboarding, and new hires.

Processes invoices, expenses, and candidate reimbursement requests for the Recruitment department.

Performs other duties as assigned.
