Atlas Staffing is hiring a Night Shift Production Specialist for our reputable client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay focused on task completion, and consistently follow quality and safety standards. Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am
(1st shift starts Sunday night and last shift ends Friday morning)
Wage: $21.00/hr
Position Overview
The Production Specialist is a hands?on, technical role supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position focuses on learning material handling, production flow, and quality?related responsibilities to ensure parts meet documented requirements.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Material handling and production support
- Quality?focused responsibilities aligned with quality lead support
- Part verification and adherence to documented processes
- Flex into operator roles as needed to support production demands
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged sitting and standing
- Must be able to work independently once trained
