Atlas Staffing is hiring a Shop Foreman for a client that provides high quality steel products. If you are looking for growth in your career and wanting to work on some big, exciting projects apply now.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shop employees to deliver a quality product, on schedule and with in budget.
- Review projects and personnel with Operations daily.
- Direct personnel to work on the appropriate projects and zones.
- Follow handoff instructions from lead foreman and meet or exceed production goals.
- Ensure production is completed
- Interview, train, motivate, performance reviews, accident reports.
- Ensure a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Basic Math skills
- Understand and recognize shop flow
- Minimum 5 years fabrication experience
- Firm understanding of project specifications and shop drawings.
Wage: $27.00-$30.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-1:30AM
