Atlas Staffing is seeking an experience CNC Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our client's machining equipment. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining CNC machines and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in a machine shop environment, and the ability to clearly communicate equipment issues and solutions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $30.00-$30.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

 Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathes, CNC mills, and CNC machining centers

• Diagnose and repair issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime

• Identify and clearly communicate equipment problems and recommended solutions

• Assist with general shop maintenance and support production needs when required

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Complete maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CNC machinery in a machine shop environment REQUIRED 

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance

• Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues effectively

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Team-oriented and easy to work with

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
