Atlas Staffing is seeking an experience CNC Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our client's machining equipment. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining CNC machines and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in a machine shop environment, and the ability to clearly communicate equipment issues and solutions.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $30.00-$30.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathes, CNC mills, and CNC machining centers

Diagnose and repair issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime

Identify and clearly communicate equipment problems and recommended solutions

Assist with general shop maintenance and support production needs when required

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Complete maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications

Experience maintaining CNC machinery in a machine shop environment REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance

Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues effectively

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
