Pay: $18.40/hr | Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts | Temp-to-Hire
Atlas Staffing is hiring 20 Warehouse Associates for a large distribution center in Post Falls. These are long-term, stable roles with training provided and opportunities to grow into advanced warehouse positions.
Job Summary
Warehouse Associates support the movement of products through all stages of distribution, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. Team members are cross-trained to work in both inbound and outbound areas of the warehouse, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Material Handling (Receiving & Stocking):
- Unload inbound freight and break down merchandise.
- Use barcode scanners to verify product accuracy and quantities.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Safely operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet riders, and reach trucks (training provided).
Outbound Material Handling (Order Fulfillment & Shipping):
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a voice-directed and label-picking environment.
- Build pallets to meet customer specifications, ensuring efficient load sequence and maximum space utilization.
- Stage, wrap, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Maintain established quality and production standards throughout the fulfillment process.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience is helpful but not required — full training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 lbs and perform physical work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production and accuracy standards.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.

- 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
