Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18.54/hour
• Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview
Production Workers support the production of a variety of bread products in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role involves working in multiple areas of production while following strict SQF Food Safety standards. Daily tasks may vary based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking products
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items
• Accurately record production data and product counts per SQF procedures
• Maintain steady workflow on production lines and conveyors
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support and uphold company core values
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts may include day and swing, based on production needs
• Workdays may include any day of the week (Saturday–Friday), including holidays
• Set schedules will be assigned and posted
• Fast-paced, high-temperature production environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous food production experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments  
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to different roles
• Strong attendance and reliability required for a 24/7 operation
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days
