Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.54/hour
- Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview
Production Workers support the production of a variety of bread products in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role involves working in multiple areas of production while following strict SQF Food Safety standards. Daily tasks may vary based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking products
- Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items
- Accurately record production data and product counts per SQF procedures
- Maintain steady workflow on production lines and conveyors
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Support and uphold company core values
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shifts may include day and swing, based on production needs
- Workdays may include any day of the week (Saturday–Friday), including holidays
- Set schedules will be assigned and posted
- Fast-paced, high-temperature production environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous food production experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to different roles
- Strong attendance and reliability required for a 24/7 operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days
