Order Selector/Stand Up Forklift Operators for  Distribution Warehouse
Location: Nampa, ID
Wage: $24.36/hr plus shift differential

Position Summary:
As an Order Selector, you will operate a forklift and handle product movement throughout the warehouse. This role involves order picking, loading, and working in a cold storage environment, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Shifts Available: Rotating shift requiring availability from Monday – Sunday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Experience Required:

• 2 years of stand-up forklift experience
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order selecting experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and fill customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading product from trucks throughout a 10-12 hour shift
• Check and count products before loading onto trucks
• Ensure all products meet quality standards (no damage or contamination)
• Verify correct labeling, quantities, and product codes
• Record production and inventory details as required
• Move product to designated staging and loading areas
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely

Qualifications/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 2 years of stand-up forklift experience
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order selecting experience required

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic math skills
• Experience with RF scanners preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Lift up to 65 lbs regularly
• Work in a cold storage environment
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Operate equipment safely in a fast-paced setting
