CNC Machinist I & II  
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour
Shifts:
Day: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Swing: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, hands-on CNC Machinist I & II to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various CNC machine tools
• Ensure all parts meet blueprint specifications using proper measuring tools
• Work within tight tolerances and quality standards
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
• Load and properly indicate parts to fixtures
• Monitor tool wear and replace tools and inserts as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

 
Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling and/or lathe machines required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Basic computer skills (email, document access, printing, navigation)
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
• Ability to use lifting assistance equipment as needed
