Atlas Staffing is hiring a full time, temp-to-hire Special Projects Coordinator for a great company in Airway Heights!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the special project development process for accounts that have been assigned. Strive for growth in innovation and customer satisfaction (internal & external) on an ongoing basis
- Timing and scheduling of all aspects of product planning and development for assigned projects
- Working with, and as a liaison between, all divisions and product development support units within our organization, such as purchasing, operations, creative resources, marketing, sales, suppliers.
- Continuous research of new product trends to include trend shopping, store checks, global market trends, trade references, trade shows, networking, online, etc.
- Compilation of quote requests and pre-work to gain approval for specific programs to ensure we are meeting initial margin requirements
- Submission of art requests to Studio via appropriate software (Wrike and/or Centric)
- Responsible for maintaining Customer Profiles for assigned accounts
- Item set up in the company ERP system, Apprise, for all special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates degree or 2 years of relatable experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excell and Word.
- Professional customer service skills
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
Wage: $19.50-$22.50DOE
