Atlas is hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a food processing facility in Pasco WA. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform preventative maintenance on chains, bolts, belts, motors, and acetol sprockets.
•  Conduct maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, boilers, and gearboxes to minimize downtime.
•  Fabricate and repair industrial equipment, primarily using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with stainless steel and occasionally aluminum.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including ball bearings, pulleys, and pins.
•  Replace and install blown motors, including minor electrical work related to motor replacement.
•  Perform basic plumbing repairs such as pipe fittings, valve replacements, and leak troubleshooting.
•  Execute machinery changeovers to accommodate different production needs.
•  Apply creative problem-solving skills to resolve production line issues quickly and effectively.
•  Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adjust machinery during production to maintain standards

Qualificatons:

• ???????Proven experience in industrial maintenance and fabrication.
•  Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, and Stick) and metalworking expertise.
•  Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, gearboxes, pumps, and motors.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems in an industrial setting.
•  Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs.
•  Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
•  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
•  Willingness to work independently and with others
•  Must be able to pay attention to details
•  Must be able to have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Wage: $30-$40/HR DOE
Schedule: 7:00AM-4:30PM
