Location: Boise, ID
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
Pay:
- Day Shift: $17.00/hour
- Swing Shift: $17.00/hour + 10% shift differential
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain spray guns and coating equipment
- Prep parts and ensure they are ready for coating
- Clean booths between product runs to prevent contamination
- Apply coatings to meet precise industry and customer standards
- Monitor ovens and ensure proper curing times
- Inspect products before and after coating for quality and consistency
- Maintain consistent coating thickness across a variety of parts
What We’re Looking For
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (with equipment available for heavier items)
- Comfortable using hand tools, including razor blades
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Physically capable of bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear a full-face respirator
- Good visual acuity, including color recognition, depth perception, and focus
