Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Project Coordinator I for a manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can help keep customer projects moving from order entry through completion.
Role Purpose
The Project Coordinator I supports customer projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle. This person helps manage timelines, process orders, coordinate with internal teams and outside partners, and keep project information accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative and project tasks across multiple active jobs
- Communicate with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Help keep project timelines on track and support on-time execution
- Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately
- Review subcontractor charges and job completion details for payment approval
- Maintain project data in internal ERP and tracking systems
- Update customer portals and reporting tools as needed
- Assist with invoicing and weekly billing goals
- Build strong working relationships with subcontract installers and outside partners
- Help coordinate project details to support customer satisfaction and internal execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Epicor experience preferred
- Experience in the sign, construction, or electrical industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
Pay
$18.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE
Available Shifts
Monday to Friday
6:00am to 2:30pm
