Atlas Staffing is hiring for a Process Technician for a reputable manufacturing company located in Liberty Lake!
Responsibilities
- Minimize machine and operator downtime; ensure continuous production or clear plans between runs
- Perform timely teardowns and prepare setups efficiently
- Verify all materials, equipment, and documentation are ready prior to setup; escalate gaps
- Complete setups (purging, mold installation, program loading, equipment hookup) with speed and accuracy
- Troubleshoot production issues to ensure quality and reduce scrap
- Ensure inspection standards are met and documentation is completed
- Drive and document process improvements; communicate updates to engineering
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation accurately
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with company policies and quality standards
- Build positive working relationships and maintain professionalism
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- injection molding processing experience
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and processes
- Experience with mold installation and auxiliary equipment setup
- Familiarity with gas assist, hot oil, and robotic systems
- Proficient with hand tools and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Intermediate computer and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment
Wage: $20-$27.50/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
