Process Technician (Graveyard Shift)

Atlas Staffing is hiring for a Process Technician for a reputable manufacturing company located in Liberty Lake! 
 

Responsibilities

• Minimize machine and operator downtime; ensure continuous production or clear plans between runs
• Perform timely teardowns and prepare setups efficiently
• Verify all materials, equipment, and documentation are ready prior to setup; escalate gaps
• Complete setups (purging, mold installation, program loading, equipment hookup) with speed and accuracy
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure quality and reduce scrap
• Ensure inspection standards are met and documentation is completed
• Drive and document process improvements; communicate updates to engineering
• Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation accurately
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with company policies and quality standards
• Build positive working relationships and maintain professionalism

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
•  injection molding processing experience
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and processes
• Experience with mold installation and auxiliary equipment setup
• Familiarity with gas assist, hot oil, and robotic systems
• Proficient with hand tools and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Intermediate computer and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment

Wage: $20-$27.50/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00PM-7:30AM
