Job Overview
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler for small industrial manufacturing operation in Boise, Idaho. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting daily production, guiding team members, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate leads by example, stays actively involved on the floor, and helps keep operations running smoothly.
Pay
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Location: Boise
Role Purpose
The Assembler oversees day-to-day shop activities while actively participating in production. This role supports the build process for industrial heating products by coordinating workflow, assisting team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily shop operations and production workflow
- Manufacturing position must learn all aspects of the shop except for welding.
- Read and interpret measurements for production work
- Assemble industrial heating products to specifications
- Cut stainless steel and titanium tubing
- Deburr materials and prepare components for assembly
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools
- Build crates and prepare finished products for shipment
- Oversee packaging, shipping, and receiving activities
- Monitor production output and help meet deadlines and quotas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify production issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
