Bakery Production Worker Days/Nights
Pay: $17.00/hour  

Location: Nampa, ID


Job Overview:
We are hiring Bakery Production Workers to join a fast-paced production environment. This role involves working on a production line to help produce bread and bagel products while following strict food safety and quality standards.

Shifts Available: Require ability to work any day of the week:

Day Shift
7:15am – 3:45pm
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
Days Off: Monday & Friday
Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts as needed

Night Shift
4:30pm– 4:30am
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Days Off: Thursday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move and distribute bakery products and supplies throughout the facility
  • Load pans, trays, and baked goods onto conveyors and carts
  • Assist with dough handling, shaping, and product preparation
  • Push/pull carts, racks, and dollies
  • Inspect, sort, and count products for quality
  • Monitor conveyor lines and adjust product as needed
  • Maintain steady production flow
  • Clean equipment and work areas
  • Follow all safety and food safety procedures (SQF standards)
  • Wear required PPE at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to push/pull carts and perform repetitive movements
Comfortable working in warm, humid, and noisy environments
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach throughout shift
Basic English understanding required
Reliable attendance is required
Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
