Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Production Assistant for a great company in Boise, Idaho. This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment with customer interaction.

Role Purpose
The Production Assistant will support daily production, batching, inventory movement, and facility organization. This person will help operate blending equipment, follow production recipes, keep materials moving, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Responsibilities
• Operate and support large blending equipment
• Follow recipes with different ingredients and measurements
• Build large production batches from a platform
• Lift and add 50 lb bags of ingredients during the batching process
• Monitor batches that run approximately 1.5 to 2 hours each
• Assist with production of pavement maintenance products and coatings
• Support inventory organization for production and retail sales
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe
• Sweep, clean spills, organize materials, and assist with plant housekeeping
• Interact professionally with contractors, customers, and walk-in traffic
• Provide helpful customer service in a fast-paced facility environment
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, maintenance, and seasonal production support
• Operate a forklift as required

Qualifications
• 1+ years of production, manufacturing, construction, building materials, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Comfortable with repetitive production work
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and production instructions accurately
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Personable and professional when interacting with customers
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Forklift experience preferred, may be required

Pay
• $20.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE

Available Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Occasional OT required
• On busy days, shift may run until 7:00pm
