Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator for a great company in Liberty Lake, WA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with shipping, warehouse, and inventory experience who is comfortable working with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and BOL shipment processes.
Role Purpose
The Warehouse Shipping Coordinator supports finished goods warehousing, shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory transactions, and cycle counting. This role helps ensure routine customer and intercompany shipments are accurate, properly documented, and completed according to company quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using ERP systems, UPS, FedEx, and internet shipping platforms
- Process small-parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments accurately
- Package and prepare routine sales orders for shipment
- Pick and pack customer and intercompany orders
- Receive, put away, cycle count, and move product as assigned
- Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate logs
- Research and resolve shipment variances to support department accuracy goals
- Load and unload trucks and move materials between departments
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and/or hand truck as needed
- Follow warehouse safety, material handling, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping processes preferred
- Knowledge of LTL BOLs preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred
- Forklift experience or license preferred
- Comfortable using computers, email, and internet-based systems
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Pay
- $19.50 to $21.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire
- Non-exempt
Available Shifts
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
