Inside Sales Consultant – Direct Hire | Spokane, WA

This is an IN OFFICE job, NOT REMOTE
This is a fulltime/year round position, not seasonal

Atlas Staffing is partnering with a growing tax services firm to hire an Inside Sales Consultants for a full-time, in-person role in Spokane, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong earning potential and career growth. Degree Required:  Bachelor’s
What You’ll Do

• Speak with individuals and businesses to understand their tax challenges
• Present solutions and guide clients through available services
• Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Track client information and sales activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to meet goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Sales, customer service, or internship experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Commission: $40,000 annually
• Total Earnings Potential: $100,000 – $150,000+
• Health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off
• Performance bonuses available

Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
