Sales Professional – Direct Hire Opportunity | Spokane, WA
Atlas Staffing is partnering with a leading tax services company to hire a Sales Professional for a direct hire, permanent placement role. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Spokane, WA, offering excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients regain financial stability.


Position Summary
As a Sales Professional, you’ll be part of a high-performing team dedicated to helping individuals and businesses reduce tax-related stress. This role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions with empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client relationships with transparency, trust, and consistent communication.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding established targets.
  • Accurately record, organize, and manage sensitive client information in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive support, acting as their advocate throughout the process.
  • Maintain professionalism and resilience when handling objections or rejections.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with proven results.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 annually
  • Earning Potential: $100,000 – $150,000+ annually with commissions
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off
  • Bonus Opportunities: Additional performance-based incentives available

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
