Contracts Administrator – Construction/Manufacturing Industry

$90,000+/year DOE

About the Role
In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of sales and supply contracts for construction projects. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial compliance, contract accuracy, escrow management, and insurance coordination—supporting field teams, clients, and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and track contracts and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated state/local sales tax rates and allowances.
- Ensure business licenses and certifications are compliant and current.
Escrow & Financial Oversight
- Set up escrow accounts and negotiate terms with escrow agents.
- Track milestone-based project funding and prepare cash flow projections.
- Create and manage detailed payment schedules, deposit records, and invoicing timelines.
- Monitor all project funding activity to ensure financial accuracy and contractual compliance.
Insurance & Bonding
- Obtain quotes and set up project-specific insurance policies including general liability, builders’ risk, and excess coverage.
- Manage all bonding requirements, including payment/performance bonds and premium collection.
- Handle insurance certificates, policy riders, and renewals, working closely with brokers and vendors.
- Respond to client and internal requests for insurance documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Lien & Title Management
- Prepare and track conditional/unconditional lien releases.
- Collaborate with title companies to ensure proper documentation and project compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of contract administration experience (construction/manufacturing highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); NetSuite ERP is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a drug/background check
