Atlas Staffing is seeking a Insurance Producer for a reputable insurance agency in Yakima. This is a direct hire opportunity! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.

• Receive and close agency leads through established agency inquiries.

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, marketing campaigns, networking events, community activities, and professional organizations to promote the agency and generate leads.

• Establish and generate a sales pipeline and process.

• Effectively X-Date all referrals, cold calls, and all other prospects.

• Develop and establish Strategic Partners and effective referral programs within agency target markets and niches.

• Maintains monthly sales records and provides a copy for review to the Agency Owner.

• Monitor sales results and implement corrective action if goals are not met.

• Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines.

• Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives. Pursues a program for development of personal and business skills.

• General sales duties as presented.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must be appointed with Farmers within 1 month of employment.

• Must continuously retain insurance licenses.

• Must have all required CE completed 1 month before each license renewal.

• Must be able to meet individual performance metrics and goals.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must always communicate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Competency in AgencyZoom and Salesforce.

• Must be able to successfully manage multiple priorities at any given time.

• Must be able maintain accurate accounts of all customer interactions.

• Must accept feedback when offered and work well with others.

• Must be able to maintain customer and agency information confidentiality.

Licensing:

• Must uphold and maintain Property & Casualty Licensing

• Must uphold and maintain Life & Disability Licensing

• Must have all required CE credits completed 1 month prior to each license renewal and renew own license prior to expiration.

Salary: $36,000-$57,000/year DOE + Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM Remote option
