Powder Coater Functions and Duties:

  • Meet/complete the daily production requirement as set by Production Management.

  • Ensure all production paperwork is completed as required

  • Use Material Identification tags/forms to ensure all production materials are identified and status is known at all times.

  • Raise awareness of any production issues, to Production Management

  • Use work instructions and engineering drawings to guide and check work.

Manufacturing Assembler Functions and Duties: 

  • Will need to be able to read hardware installation manuals and understand blueprints.

  • Handle small to medium size press tools.

  • Needs to be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be able to learn and understand light computer skills.

  • Tools used but not limited to are: rivet guns, drills, screw drivers, pliers, hammer, wrenches and hardware installation machine

Requirements 

  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Some experience in custom sheet metal product manufacturing is desired 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools 

  • Ability to learn and operate various pieces of production machines and equipment

  • Ability to identify or solve basic problems

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

Wage: $18.00-$19.00 DOE

Powder Coater Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM + potential for OT (5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and half days on Saturdays, 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM)
