Job Title: Quality Inspector
Wage: $24.30/hr
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Nampa, ID

In this role, you’ll inspect materials, components, and machines, ensuring everything meets our specifications and quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a key player in our quality control team, you’ll work closely with drafting and engineering teams to identify areas for continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us ensure our products are delivered with precision, consistency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on incoming parts, in-process components, and final products
• Document inspection results and track non-conformance issues
• Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to quality improvements
• Collaborate with drafting and engineering to resolve quality issues
• Use inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
• Support audits and quality system compliance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus)
• Previous experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and GD&T
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
