Sales Representative – Industrial Saw Products 
Location: Based in Spokane Valley, WA – Regional Travel Required 
Wage: $40,000 – $60,000 DOE

About the Role 
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, supporting them with new product orders, and expanding our customer base throughout assigned territories. You’ll combine route-based deliveries with proactive prospecting to grow revenue and ensure exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, assisting with orders and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

  • Route Deliveries & Regional Travel: Deliver product on preplanned routes, including Yakima (every other week) and Lewiston (once a month). Both routes involve an overnight trip, returning the following day. 

  • New Business Development: While on established routes, drop in on prospective customers within the territory to identify and develop new sales opportunities. 

  • Administrative & CRM Use: Maintain accurate client and sales records using HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, accurate order processing, and excellent customer support. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or route-based account management preferred. 

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word). 

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus). 

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed. 

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently while representing the company in a professional manner. 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Competitive pay (DOE). 

  • Future commission opportunities may include a percentage of gross profit generated.
