Open Positions
Production Associates (Day Shift)
Production Associates support the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging StopBox products. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components according to work instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Package finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous production or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work with hand tools and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives are the voice of StopBox, providing exceptional service and support to customers via phone, email, and online chat. This role is best for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and promotions
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Process orders accurately in the company system
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Place outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested information or expressed interest.
- Use approved scripts to share promotions and help customers finalize purchases.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and order entry systems
