Atlas Staffing is seeking a Janitor for our reputable client in Nampa. As part of the company's Nampa distribution center team, the janitorial staff play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll help ensure the facility remains in top shape and ready to support daily operations. Apply today! 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Clean building interiors, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls, on a daily basis.

• Sanitize restrooms hourly, keeping high-traffic areas disinfected.

• Disinfect commonly used surfaces like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones hourly.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory, placing orders for replenishments as needed.

• Empty trash and recycling bins promptly.

• Address spills and accidents efficiently and safely.

• Complete assigned tasks independently and on time.

• Report any significant maintenance or repairs to supervisors.

• Work is conducted in a refrigerated warehouse.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, though not required.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in commercial or industrial cleaning.

• Familiarity with safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.

• Ability to clean and disinfect a wide range of surfaces.

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Must be able to work in cold refrigerated warehouse 8 hours per day.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00-$18.00/hr.
