Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Commission: $40,000 annually

Atlas Staffing is partnering with a growing tax services firm to hire an Inside Sales Consultants for a full-time, in-person role in Spokane, WA. What You’ll Do
- Speak with individuals and businesses to understand their tax challenges
- Present solutions and guide clients through available services
- Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Track client information and sales activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to meet goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Sales, customer service, or internship experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Commission: $40,000 annually
- Total Earnings Potential: $100,000 – $150,000+
