Maintenance Technician – CNC / Machine Shop
Location: Spokane, WA
Wage: Starting at $30.00+/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Atlas Staffing is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a leading precision manufacturing company in Spokane, WA! This is a temp-to-hire, full-time, day-shift position offering excellent pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to work with high-quality CNC equipment in a clean, professional shop environment.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as extensive knowledge of CNC machinery. This role is essential to maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Maintain, calibrate, and inspect machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate machine issues clearly to management and recommend solutions.
• Assist production staff as needed and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine maintenance within a CNC or precision machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
