Fabricator – 2nd Shift | $23.10/hr
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week!)
Pay: $21.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential = $23.10/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Atlas Staffing is hiring Fabricators for one of our manufacturing clients in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company where you’ll learn new skills, work with high-quality materials, and build a long-term career in metal fabrication.
In this role, you’ll form sheet metal into cylindrical and conical products, and prep and fabricate stainless steel pipe and fittings for welding.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up work area, verify materials, and meet daily production and quality targets.
• Perform tasks such as grinding, rolling, seam welding, flanging, tagging, and shearing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Work as part of a team and assist in other areas as needed.
• Continue to grow and learn more complex aspects of the fabrication process.
• Complete documentation accurately and communicate effectively with leads and supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of sheet metal layout and surface grinding.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to read blueprints, cut sheets, and work instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/32”.
• Reliable and dependable attendance record.
