Atlas Staffing is hiring several Machine Operators for a premier printing company in Post Falls, ID. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a brand new, clean facility and gain valuable skills!

This role is a temporary position scheduled to run until the holidays, but it offers a full temp-to-hire opportunity for A-Players who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will support the production team by operating automated machines, performing quality checks, and assisting with light assembly and packaging. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone with great attention to detail who wants to launch their career in machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated printing machines such as Foiler Machines and Dye Cutters.

  • Select and set the correct programs on machines depending on the product being run.

  • Perform consistent quality control on products coming off the line, “thumbing through” materials to find any imperfections or issues.

  • Assist with various other tasks as needed, including running binding through products, assembling and packaging, and light shipping duties.

Qualifications

  • No experience required—this is an entry-level position with full training provided!

  • Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is preferred.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to spot imperfections.

  • Ability to work on your feet for the full 8-hour shift.

  • Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Sunday to Thursday

  • 3:30 AM – 12:00 AM
