Atlas Staffing is hiring several Machine Operators for a premier printing company in Post Falls, ID. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a brand new, clean facility and gain valuable skills!
This role is a temporary position scheduled to run until the holidays, but it offers a full temp-to-hire opportunity for A-Players who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Summary
As a Machine Operator, you will support the production team by operating automated machines, performing quality checks, and assisting with light assembly and packaging. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone with great attention to detail who wants to launch their career in machine operation.
Key Responsibilities

Operate automated printing machines such as Foiler Machines and Dye Cutters.

Select and set the correct programs on machines depending on the product being run.

Perform consistent quality control on products coming off the line, “thumbing through” materials to find any imperfections or issues.

Assist with various other tasks as needed, including running binding through products, assembling and packaging, and light shipping duties.
Qualifications

No experience required—this is an entry-level position with full training provided!

Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is preferred.

Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to spot imperfections.

Ability to work on your feet for the full 8-hour shift.

Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
