Maintenance Engineer – Nampa, ID
Shift: Swing Shift
(3:00pm – 11:00pm, must be available weekends as needed)
Wage: $27.77/hour plus shift differential 

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Nampa. In this role, you will perform repairs and maintenance tasks on food production equipment, freezers, and facility systems in an orderly, timely, and cost-conscious manner.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all food processing equipment, including mechanical and electrical components
• Maintain equipment productivity to minimize downtime and ensure production schedules are met
• Complete tasks within designated time frames to maximize bakery output
• Respond to maintenance and line stoppage calls promptly and efficiently
• Provide emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with GMPs and federal/state safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports
• Prepare detailed parts requests and provide technical assistance to the engineering management team
• Perform duties across all areas of the maintenance department as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Experience with production line equipment maintenance preferred
• Electrical knowledge preferred; LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) license strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain accurate records
• Flexible, quick learner, and committed to safety and teamwork
