Branch Manager (Staffing & Recruiting)

Compensation: $50,000/year + commission
Position Overview
Atlas Staffing is seeking a results-driven Selling Branch Manager to lead recruiting operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client and workforce solutions. This role blends leadership, sales, and full-cycle recruiting to ensure branch success, client satisfaction, and workforce stability.
You will be responsible for building strong client partnerships, developing talent pipelines, and leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Lead & Drive
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive branch performance by meeting and exceeding staffing and placement goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand business opportunities
- Identify new leads through networking, outreach, and community engagement
- Ensure consistent fulfillment of client job orders with qualified candidates
Recruiting & Talent Strategy
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates
- Align talent with client needs, culture, and performance expectations
- Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for all new hires
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Act as the primary leader and point of contact for associates and staff
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement
- Coach and support team members to achieve individual and branch goals
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Communicate regularly to assess workforce needs and gather feedback
- Resolve staffing challenges, performance issues, and urgent requests quickly
- Maintain long-term partnerships through consistent results and service excellence
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all hiring processes meet compliance and documentation standards
- Oversee accurate use of ATS systems and internal data tracking
- Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Manage scheduling, workforce planning, and on-call staffing needs
What You Bring
- Strong background or interest in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven environments
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
- Leadership mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Schedule & Availability
- Monday – Friday: 7:45AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call availability required (evenings and weekends)
