Shop Assembler – Manufacturing
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Overview
Atlas Staffing is hiring a Shop Assembler for a busy industrial manufacturing operation in Boise, Idaho. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling products, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial heating products to specifications
- Read and interpret measurements for production work
- Cut stainless steel and titanium tubing
- Deburr materials and prepare components for assembly
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools
- Build crates and prepare finished products for shipment
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred
- Ability to read a measuring tape and perform basic math
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
