CNC Machine Operator  
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $18.00 – 24.00/hr

Swing: Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30 PM (must be able to train on days for 60 days)

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, hands-on CNC Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations.  

Role and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Set-up and run various CNC machine tools
• Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools
• Ability to work within very close tolerances
• Read and follow drawings & job work instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Load and indicate part to fixture
• Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required  

Requirements:

• Candidate will possess strong communication skills
• Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and handle measuring equipment
• Must have knowledge of CNC milling/ lathe machines   
• Basic computer skills such as e-mailing, opening, and printing documents and navigating windows/internet explorer.
• Attendance  

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner
• Ability to use lifting assist
